Heart of Love International (HOLI) is a Christian child advancement organization designed to bring children from poverty to freedom and misery to peace. We currently have foundations in two countries, Paraguay and India. We also have begun to care for Unwed, abused and battered women in the United States.

Our family management team has unique experience in Christian education & evangelism. In addition, all our work is accomplished through partnering with local churches. Currently, He Cares Mission works in 8 different Provinces through faithful local churches and ministers who deeply love and desire to raise India from the depths of poverty.

Paraguay

Long-standing experience meeting the needs of children & families in the areas where we operate through an already established foundation called “Fundación Con Una Sonrisa” With a Smile Foundation. This foundation was family established over 22 years ago by a local family with the help and support of a local church. Our ties to the foundation are long-standing. Our management team has unique experience in Christian education and evangelism.

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

HOLI will provide local help to children and families in need. Specifically focusing on one of the greatest needs in the area, which is providing aid and life skill training for women with children in distress. Most of these women are frequently homeless and need help as they move from dependent, often abusive relationships into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. Additionally, we will assist where needed in child reunification. This is particularly important as 80% of the women in distress have children but no custody.
